💬 Why is this a 1-year commitment?
Because consistency matters. Results take time—and the goal here isn’t a quick fix. It’s a sustainable lifestyle. One year gives you space to learn, apply, and actually create change without the constant pressure to “get results fast.”
💬 What training programs are included?
You get access to 10+ full-length, progressive strength & conditioning programs (home and gym options), plus our signature 6-week training blocks that rotate year-round inside the community. There’s always a plan to follow—and a new one just around the corner. You will literally never need to buy a training program again!
💬 What if I’ve never worked out before?
You don’t need to be “fit” to start. Many women join as beginners. The workouts are scalable, and you’ll get guidance to help you modify and build up strength safely. Everyone starts somewhere. The key is that you start.
💬 What if I fall off track?
No problem. A new training block starts every 6 weeks—which means there’s always a chance to start fresh. And the community is here to cheer you on, not judge you. We’re all walking the same path.
💬 Will I lose weight?
That depends. The focus here is fat loss, strength, energy, and long-term health—not shrinking yourself at all costs. If you follow the training and nutrition strategies consistently, you’ll change your body composition. But more importantly, you’ll build a body that feels good and works well—for life.
💬 Do I have to follow the 6-week training blocks?
Nope. They’re completely optional. Many women love them for the structure, accountability, and community vibe. But you can also do your own thing using the FLS Training Vault. It’s flexible—because life is.
💬 What equipment do I need?
At minimum, a set of dumbbells. A mat, bench or step, and resistance bands are helpful too. If you train at the gym, you can use barbells, cables, and machines. All programs are clearly labeled and include both home and gym options.
💬 What if I can’t do a movement or have an injury?
You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body and work with where you’re at. I’m a physical therapist and all the programs are designed with long-term joint and muscle health in mind. Modifications are always possible, you judt need to ask in the community Facebook group.
💬 Do I need to count calories or track macros?
Nope. This isn’t a tracking-heavy program. You’ll learn how to eat macro-balanced meals that fuel your workouts and support your goals—without being obsessive. Think real food, not rules.
💬 How much time will this take?
Most workouts are 30–60 minutes, 3–4 days a week. Add in a few walks, a bit of mobility, and you’re golden. It’s all designed to fit into a full life—not take over your life.

You’ll learn why the old methods (like extreme cardio, restriction, and diet hopping) stop working—and what actually works instead. You’ll also explore self-sabotage, emotional eating, mindset shifts, and personal development tools that help you finally stay consistent. It’s everything I’ve learned in 20+ years as a physical therapist and coach—designed to help you feel strong, energized, and in control again.

Nope—and that’s intentional. Fitness apps are a dime a dozen, and most end up collecting digital dust. Inside the Club, everything lives on a clean, members-only website—including your training programs, mindset tools, and nutrition guides. The workouts? They’re simple, old-school, easy-to-follow PDFs. No tech headaches. No logins to forget. Just download and go. And you can download and print these programs so you have them forever, unlike an app where you lose access to the workouts when you stop paying.
💬 What about accountability?
There’s no rigid check-in system or pressure to perform—but you won’t be alone. The 6-week training blocks, private community, monthly challenges, and weekly newsletters provide structure, support, and encouragement. You’ll also learn how to become your own best accountability partner. Inside the FLS Course, the “Getting Focused” module will help you develop the internal motivation and self-leadership needed to stay the course. This Club is about ownership, not obligation—you’ll get out what you put in, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
💬 Do I get coaching?
The membership option is not a "coaching" program. This is a self-led group and course with support through the community, mindset challenges, and resources. You can ask questions in the group but it is not "coaching". If you want deeper support and coaching, there is a 12 week VIP coaching option available to choose at check out. This is where you will get 1:1 support.
